WORSHIP
The Nursery ministry allows children to experience a safe, loving place—where they grow in knowledge and love of Christ, and frees parents to worship—knowing their children are in a secure, nurturing environment.
- Each child receives a number when you check them into the nursery. If we need you at anytime during the service your number will be flashed on the monitor in the sanctuary.
- Each volunteer is a CCC member and has submitted to a background screening.
- The doors to the Underground are locked when the nursery greeter leaves her station and there is a hospitality volunteer who walks the halls throughout the service.
INFANTS
Infants (6 wks to 1 year) have a room set up to happily accommodate our youngest children. Whether your child prefers napping or sitting in a bouncy seat they will be well cared for and cuddled in this class.
ONES AND YOUNGER TWOS
This class provides lots of activity for our smallest movers. This music-filled room provides plenty of activity toys, books, cars and balls.
OLDER TWOS AND THREES
This class is designed to reach young learners in the most creative ways possible. Each week this class has a short, age-appropriate Bible story and craft. We also use puzzles, books, and music to share the message and love of Christ.
FOURS
Our Fours class begins the transition into communal worship. You may notice our oldest nursery goers as they join us in the front row of the theatre for the first songs on Sunday morning. They return to their classroom for an appropriate message, craft, and playtime.
Typically, we promote our children two times a year: March & September. Please do not move your child to the next class until these designated times.
