Hope for Charlotte is participating in Building on Faith, Habitat's annual week long celebration of its strong and continuing Christian heritage. Our part specifically will be to partner with the Critical Home Repair Program whose purpose is to assist families whose homes have become a danger to live in and are unable to have them repaired. This year, HfC is committed to organizing a group to build Miss Little's House October 2nd-4th (Thurs - Sat). She is an incredibly sweet woman who is on disability as she is going blind. We need 8-10 people to commit and volunteer each of those three days. If you would like more information on how to volunteer please contact Jeremy Sorzano at 704-241-4589 or email him at jsorzano@hopeforcharlotte.org.

Missions Highlight:  Please pray for JJ and Susan Foster and their son, Jack, with WHM in Granada, Spain. The Foster’s are part of a ministry seeking to plant a church among Spaniards and immigrants in Granada, Spain.  They are currently back in Charlotte for this academic year on Home Ministry Assignment where they will be seeking to raise additional support, and studying in seminary at RTS.  Please pray that this season to be a time of renewal; that God would make seminary an instrument of renewal in J.J.’s life; for God to pour out His Spirit in Granada and inspire and empower the Granada team as they move forward towards a new church; and for God to make J.J. and Susan Spirit-dependent as they learn to raise Jack and seek to love each other.
