Todd Chitester grew up south of Buffalo, NY and is one of six children. He graduated from Allegheny College and Duke University with degrees in physics and engineering. Todd and his wife Julia have been in Charlotte for 14 years and were part of the launch team that started Christ Central. Todd helped lead a community group for a number of years and enjoys spending time with people, be it church, his neighborhood, or work. He and Julia have three children, Caleb, Cole, and Addison. Todd works for Bank of America.

After graduating from Davidson College in 1993, Bill Marquardt moved to Charlotte, NC where he has pursued career in healthcare. He currently works as a vice president of product development for the Premier Healthcare Alliance. Bill and his wife, Charlie, have four children and live in Plaza Midwood. Bill was part of the core team that planted Christ Central in 2003, and has been an Elder since 2007.

Adam Sellner holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Wake Forest University. After graduating he went to work for the high school ministry of Young Life serving two years as a full time intern in Hickory, NC and 2 years as an Area Director in Greenwood, SC. After leaving Young Life and moving to Charlotte he began a career in the area of residential construction and real estate. Currently he is working as a commercial real estate developer for Primax Properties, LLC. He and his wife Ashley have two children, Jack and Mae.

Jacob Darling grew up just south of Boston and moved to the Charlotte area to attend Davidson College.  With the exception of a year back in Boston while getting his Masters at MIT, Jacob has been in North Carolina ever since.  He works for Wells Fargo as a Senior Vice President in the Hospitality Finance Group, and serves on the board of the NoDa School of Arts.  He and his wife Becky have been married for nine years and have three children - Cate, Drew and Jane Ramsey.  He is a die-hard fan of Davidson basketball and the Boston Red Sox and Celtics.  He became an elder in 2011.

Dee Lanier is a Southern California native who loves theology, technology, sociology, music, sports, and good food from all cultures.  He holds BA and MA degrees in Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Dee worked on staff with Campus Outreach Charlotte and later was on staff at a local church.  Dee is currently a teacher and administrator ay Crossroads Charter HS and is also a technology trainer and consultant.  He is married to Stacey and has four beautiful children- Karis, Landis, Ellis, and Silas.

Steve Walker grew up in south Florida and came to North Carolina to attend UNC-Chapel Hill, where he met his wife, Laura.  They moved to Chicago where Steve earned a Masters degree from Northwestern, but left to escape from the cold and to start an IT consulting/software business in Charlotte.  They have three married children and one daughter living in the Far East.
